For many people, It can be very difficult to eliminate belly fat, this is very bad news, because scientist have just discovered that the most dangerous fat on the body is around your abdominal, leading to an “apple” type shape. For this reason, you cannot just focus on loosing weight in general, you need to also focus on eliminating some fat from the belly region.

For all my life I was a bit on the HEAVY side, I was distressed that a lot of that extra weight sat around my midsection. It was extremely unattractive. The food you eat will make you thin or fat. You must have a good diet.
